Cake Pista Recipe

Ingredients

Track (1c), ghee (1 ¼ 1 1/2c), the milk just enough to grind, Sugar Run (2c), track Essence (2 or 3 drops).

Preparation: -

Pista-cakeTake a bowl, soak Pista for about 4 hours in cold water. Peel the skin and then grind to a paste adding Pista milk instead of water. The dough should be as a tomato sauce. Take a heavy bottomed vessel, put the pasta and sugar in the ship, then hold cooking. Keep stirring constantly so it does not stick to the tank. When the sugar is dissolved, then start to gradually add the clarified butter. The cake starts thickening. Once the cake leaves the bottom of the container, then add the essence and mix. Pour into greased baking sheet and keep it cool for a while. Then cut the cake into the desired shape. Now Pista cake is ready to eat hot.

Apple Cake





Ken has given the most beautiful big bag O and I have a nice, down to the smallest imaginable on his apple tree. There were so many apples I could barely lift the bag! Some of them were a bit 'larger than ping-pong, but every little weensy Apple flavor was full of fresh autumn apple.

I took half the load in the office, but there was always a bowl full of fruit on my kitchen bench. I spent a few days just enjoying the apple-icious smell in my kitchen, and then came to the conclusion that they are not getting any younger and I'd better bake something.

spple cakeOne of my colleagues got married recently and brought some of the remains of the wedding cake in the office. It was the lightest, fluffiest cake I ever ate. Apple and rhubarb (I think) Patersons Cakes in Windsor, one of my favorite stores cake that almost gave my own wedding cake, except that they were on the other side of town. One bite of this cake and reluctantly announced to the whole office is really needed to have a slice. I kept my trap shut and keep to myself!

So with a rainy afternoon for me and a kitchen full of apples, what else was a little girl baking, but a couple of apple pies?

After reviewing some recipes, I eventually settled on one of The Silver Spoon, with some modifications of course. It seemed like a nice, smooth, a simple cake, which was perfect because I wanted the apples to be the star of the show.

This cake is very simple. It is not too sweet, and taste of the cake plainish is the ideal vehicle to enjoy the gooeyness and apples. Good cake to enjoy with an afternoon coffee.

Ingredients

* 3 eggs

* 80 g butter

* 300g flour self

* 150 g caster sugar

* 3 chopped apples (I used about 6 because mine was so teensy)

Method

Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy and pale. Beat in butter. (Even if the next time I'm going to try this cream the butter and sugar, then more eggs. Win did not include enough for my taste). Sift the flour, then gently mixed with the apples. I also added a few dashes of cinnamon and nutmeg with the flour.

2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups white sugar

* 2 eggs

2 teaspoons baking soda

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple juice

* 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

Butter * 1 / 2 cup

* 1 1 / 2 cups powdered sugar

* 1 vanilla extract

* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

* In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking soda. Make a well in center and add eggs, vanilla and crushed pineapple, with liquid from the can. Mix well to combine.

* Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.

* To make the glaze: In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until creamy. Spread over hot cake.

Recipe For Strawberry Cake




Ingredients:

1 cup egg whites (about 7)

* 5 egg yolks

* 1-1/2 cups sugar, divided

* 2 tablespoons water

* 1 / 2 teaspoon each almond extract, lemon and vanilla

1 cup all-purpose flour

Cream * 1 / 2 teaspoon of tartar

* 1 / 2 teaspoon salt

* Filling:

* 1 package (3 oz) strawberry gelatin

1 cup boiling water

* Ice water 1 / 2 cup

* 1 pint fresh strawberries sliced

* 1 package (8 ounces) frozen mounted topping, thawed, divided

* Charges apply

Method:

1. Let egg whites for 30 minutes. In a large bowl, beat egg yolks on high speed for 5 minutes or until thick and lemon colored. Gradually add sugar 1 / 2 cup. Add water and extracts. Sift the flour twice, gradually add the egg yolk mixture and mix well (dough will be very thick).

In second large bowl with clean beaters, beat egg whites, cream of tartar and salt until soft peaks form. Gradually add remaining sugar, a tablespoon at a time, beating until stiff peaks form, set aside. Stir in yellow mixture just until blended.

3. Pour into an ungreased 10-in. tube pan. Cut the dough with a knife to remove air, smooth top. Bake at 325 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until cake back when lightly touched. Immediately invest pan and cool completely.

4th in a large bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add ice water and stir. Place a bowl of ice water for 5 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in strawberries and 1 / 2 cup whipped topping.

5. Run knife around sides and center tube of pan-European. Divided horizontally into three parts, put on the ground floor serving dish. Spread half of mixture of gelatin. Repeat. Top with remaining cake layer. Top with remaining ice and whipped cream topping sides. Garnish with strawberries. Refrigerate leftovers.
