2 cups all-purpose flour

2 cups white sugar

* 2 eggs

2 teaspoons baking soda

* 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

* 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple juice

* 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese

Butter * 1 / 2 cup

* 1 1 / 2 cups powdered sugar

* 1 vanilla extract

How the cake pineapple

* Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

Pineapple Cake
* In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar and baking soda. Make a well in center and add eggs, vanilla and crushed pineapple, with liquid from the can. Mix well to combine.

* Bake for 45 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean.

* To make the glaze: In medium bowl, mix cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Beat until creamy. Spread over hot cake.
