* 6 bananas
* 2 eggs (beaten)
* 2 cup heavy cream
* 2 liters of milk
* 4 tablespoons sugar
* 1 / 8 c. teaspoon nutmeg
How to make banana ice cream:
* Heat milk over low heat for cooking.
* When it becomes thick, remove to cool.
* Peel the bananas and mash them off.
* Add the cream and sugar. Whip it to obtain a smooth paste.
* Mix the beaten eggs, banana shakes. Mix well.
* Sprinkle with nutmeg and serve.
