Boneless chicken (cubes) 500 kg

* Chickpea flour (Besan) 2 tsp

* 2 tablespoons rice flour

* 2 tablespoons cornmeal

* 2 tablespoons flour

* Chopped 1 red chile Tea

* Coriander seeds 1 tbsp chopped Tea

* Toasted chopped white cumin seeds, 1 c. Tea

* 1 c. teaspoon salt

* Turmeric 1 / 2 c. Tea

Eggs * 1

* Cut onion finely chopped half of a half kg

* Coriander leaves finely chopped (Hara Dhania) 1 c. soup

* 2-3 Green Chilies finely chopped

How Chicken Pakora

* Put the flour gram, rice flour, corn flour and wheat flour in a bowl.

* Then add the chilli, coriander seeds and chopped parsley.

* Add the cumin seeds and the white salt in the mixture.

* Add the turmeric, then add the egg.

* Mix all ingredients.

* Add finely chopped onions, green chilies and coriander leaves.

Mix well.

* Now add the chicken pieces in the mixture.

* Fry each piece in a low flame.

* Chicken Pakora is ready to serve.

Chicken Pakora * Hint: If the mixture is coated chicken pieces, add 1-2 tablespoons of water.

Cooking time: 15 minutes

Preparation time: 20 minutes

Yield: 4-6 servings
