Ingredients
* 1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 cup celery
* 1 cup shredded cabbage
* 3 / 4 cup chopped red apple peel
* 1 / 2 cup seedless red grapes, halved

Instructions
1. In a bowl, combine first five ingredients. In a small bowl, combine the mayonnaise and salt. Mix the chili mixture. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Serve with lettuce leaves.
