Flour tortillas: 6
Pepper, skinless roasted and finely chopped: 1
Chopped green onions: 4
1 cup Monterey Jack cheese
Mexican Ranchero Sauce Roast: 1 jar
Shredded, cooked chicken: 1 1 / 2 cup
Preheat oven to 425 Oh, one side of the tortilla and place the tortillas, buttered side up, on tray. Cook for 4-5 minutes, just enough to crisp tortillas browning. Spread the tortilla with about a third of a cup of Ranchero sauce, minced chicken, onion, pepper and spring habenero top with grated cheese. Return to the oven and bake until the cheese has melted. Serve hot and enjoy.
